This is actually an "extra" run I wasn't planning on this week, but my heel feels good so I thought I'd throw it in at a pace my body would tell me to run. Comfortable. Turns out comfortable is about a 10min pace for me. 10:08 on the first mile, 20:04 2nd mile, 30:05 on the 3rd mile and final stats:
