Frustrating, but hey...if I can finish and I'm under 5 hours. Then so be it.
On my 6 mile runs I have noticed my pace starts out a lot faster than when I was running 5-6 days a week. I just hope I don't lose anything in the process. Maybe this is the key. The last month...rest more.
I guess when you look at the training schedule, besides the pick-up runs, I'm really not missing anything except cross training and cardio. I know it says 8 miles, but I'm going 10 tomorrow since I didn't go all 20 last weekend. I can go 20 next week.
