Cool "3"

Day behind Mike with 3 miles today.   The weather continues to throw me for a loop.   Darren and I ran 3 miles today and he was moving so I just went along for the ride and we ended up with the following stats:

It was 46º when I started out.   Makes me realize how cold Minneapolis was last  year (RAIN and 48º).  We both ran w/ additional tops (sweatshirt or jacket).

Left heel is feeling sore, but not when I run.   I will try and do the 8 miles tomorrow as Mike did today, but sans hot/humid weather and sans the 8min/mile pickups.  Mine will be more like 8:30 and the rest will be around 9min/mile...shooting for 8:45/mile in the end.  

Craig is in the ZONE...the Twilight Zone...
