So, my final stats for Tuesday:

Not a bad run, but much better than Sunday.   So here we are with Craig and Darren running in 65º little humidity weather and Mike is in 81º (89º heat index) weather and we only ran 3 seconds faster...Are you kiddin' me?!   

Tough conditions, Mike.   You are going to be prepared and you will FLY in Chicago in October.   

Before I ran this morning, I was getting concerned I had "lost it"...that ability to do any kind of distance with any kind of drive at all.   We were at about 9:30 through about 3.5 miles and then just kicked it in a little higher gear from there to the end.   Nice weather helps.

Mark, I can't imagine doing 25 or 26 right now.   Good job getting through it.   That wall hits and it's tough, huh?
