Mark's Pace

Took to the Ke-Wash Trail and kept a good pace the entire time.   I had marked the trail on Friday (every 1/4 mile).   It's flat and the the temperatures have stayed in the 50s and 60s in the mornings so it was just about perfect for a good run.
I'm still fighting a terrible cold and coughing up a lot of stuff, but the good news is my left heel is feeling better.   I've been using a gel heel in my everyday shoes to cushion it during the day.   That has made a big difference + a lot of stretching and some icing of it.
Darren ran with me today and we once again pushed each other.   We were at 1:13:0something w/ 2 miles to go and put in a couple U9's to finish with the following:

10 miles
1:30:46
9:04 pace (Mark's marathon pace)

Craig is gonna make like a tree and head out...you know, like a baby, yeah, and leaf!
