Took a rest day yesterday instead of cardio. Left the house before 6 AM and didn't get back until around 5 PM. Long day.
Wednesday I did 8.5 with 6 x 800m (I did 0.5 miles) pick-ups. It was evening when I started. Temp was only 82 or so, and a storm had just gone through, so it was cooling some. I ran the pick-ups at 7-7:30/mile, and that felt about right. Hard, but not killer.
At the end I felt like I could have kept going (except I had to go... if you know what I mean... and no cornfields to dash into). Shaping up to be a much better week. 6 today. 4 tomorrow. 16 on Sunday.
That's it. Pretty boring. Which is nice.
