Ran 5 today.   More humidity, but still only around 70-75º at 7:30am.   

1st mile around 8:50, then the rest were between 8:45 and 9:15.  

Final mile was 8:44, how do I know?

I looked down for the last mile and saw 36:00 and finished with a 44:44.

Crazy.   twice I've had that time for 5.02 miles.

Still have the "allergies" but the only thing I've really had is the cough and congestion in the chest.    Only bothered me a few times during my running where a lot of gunk in my throat...one good 'hack' and it's gone.   Still, it lingers like a stray cat.
