No running for two days due to travel and work constraints. Got in to Craig's about 12:30 AM and ran at 6:45 AM. Ran 5 miles with Craig and Darren, and the second half faster than the first half. The weather was cold, 55 degrees with 5-10 mph winds.
Felt really good with 9:30-10:00 on the way out and faster on the way back.
