6 miles Sans Rain

Rain, rain, and more rain, but when Craig goes to run...no rain.   Darren met me at 7am and we took off.   Tight and tired and stuffed from eating too much food this weekend.   

Every mile was close to 9:30/mile...no rain, but a lot of traffic which forced us to the side of the road with a squishy gravel side.    Time wasn't great, but we got back on track:
