Finally got out about 6:20 this morning. 76 degrees with 95% humidity. My legs felt like wet sand even when I got "warmed up" at mile 2. I tried not to check the watch. Just kept plugging away, but it did not feel good. Sometimes you eat the bear. Sometimes the bear eats you, I guess.
