Logger Man Cross Training Giant

Being the "giant" in overall size of the 3 brothers running this Chi-Marathon...I put my logging skills to work today after my cross training on the trail.   I biked an easy does it route to the start of the Ke-Wash trail and decided each gravel road was probably a mile, so I was shooting for 5 minutes/mile.   A huge branch covered the entire trail about a tenth of a mile in, so I had to slow down both out and back for that.   Otherwise uneventful and 78-80ยบ, nice weather.   At each checkpoint I was either right at or under 5.   There's a big bend in the trail during the 2nd mile, so I figured I was ahead.
When I finished I biked back up to the branch and tried pulling it out of the way.   It was solid and the size of a small tree.   I saw two main branches, so I rode home and returned with the larger of our two "camp" saws (aluminum with a big looping metal handle).    A good 10 min. work out both sawing and moving the two large branches.   Satisfying.   Why didn't I use a chainsaw is the big question I'm sure everyone is asking...   #1 I'd have to borrow it and didn't feel like bugging neighbor.  #2  There were a lot of golfers on the golf course about 40yds from the broken branches I was clearing.

FINAL STATS
6.5 miles
30 minutes
4:36/mile

Man, I can't imagine running that fast.

Cruh-egg over and out and not rockin' the casbah, she boppin' or dancin' with myself... I prefer to looks like I made it.
