Changed the pic from yesterday to show you the "GREAT WHITE" from the trail...
Day off here. I feel even better than I did after 12 miles, but I think it is because I ran 9:30/mile instead of 9:08/mile. I probably could have gone faster, but didn't want to hit the wall due to starting too fast...so I kept the pace and felt good the entire time. The weather has been incredible the past few weeks except for one day.
Congrats to Mark who finished under 4 hours in the SF Marathon! By the looks of his stats, he was very consistent with his pace. Not sure I want to try going that fast, but it is tempting.
